I’ve been spending what little time I had available trying to get this darned idea for a book worked up into a first draft. In anticipation of time becoming available in the not too distant future, I figured I’d use a WordPress site to work it out, along with any other ideas I have. Alongside The Old Man I have some ideas for stories based around the Elite:Dangerous universe and another idea based on a Mars colony that I’m tentatively calling Children of Mars. I’m putting this out in the blogosphere, in part so that anyone interested can offer feedback on any of the work, but also to make it easier to access it whilst I’m working on it.

So take a look. I stood this thing up yesterday and posted all of Chapter One and what I’ve written so far of Chapter Two. Right now that’s all I have, but as I run into other things I’ve written previously I’ll post those and probably work out some short Elite:Dangerous stories of perhaps one or two thousand words.
